Welcome

I am currently a postdoctoral researcher at the Institute of Dutch Studies of the University of Oldenburg and the cluster of excellence Hearing4all, in close cooperation with the labs of Biological Psychology and Applied Neurocognitive Psychology. My project is titled "The effects of hearing impairment on grammatical processing and comprehension and its neurological underpinnings". In Oldenburg I am working with prof. dr. I did my PhD at the University of Groningen (RUG). My research was carried out within the Semantics and Cognition Group of the Center for Language and Cognition Groningen (CLCG) and the Department of Psychology of the University of Groningen. At the Department of Psychology I was a member of the Cognitive Modeling group. I was also affiliated with the Research School of Behavioural and Cognitive Neurosciences Groningen (BCN). My supervisors were prof. dr. Petra Hendriks and prof. dr. Hedderik van Rijn.

Part of my PhD research was carried out in cooperation with the research group of prof. dr. Maria Teresa Guasti
at the University of Milan - Bicocca.
